I will familiarize other Agents in the area with your property and its unique features.

I will assist you in preparing your house to achieve maximum value and showing appeal.

I will conduct a preliminary qualification of prospective buyers prior to showing your property and assist them in arranging affordable financing.


We can offer a one-year Home Protection Plan for ERA to the buyer of your home.
